Key EmployeesWayne Fillingame - General ManagerWayne began his career in the concrete business in 1978 when he joined Marine Concrete Structures. Since that time he has played a key role in the design and construction of concrete barges and gravity based concrete structures for both the domestic and international markets, from concept to delivery. At the same time he has developed an equivalent expertise is the design and production of concrete building components, both structural and architectural. As General Manager for Acergy – Concrete Products, he is in charge of sales, design and construction of our products while managing a highly trained workforce. Frank L. Anastasio, Jr., PE - Sales ManagerFrank is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years experience designing and building concrete structures for the marine environment. He earned a civil engineering degree from Louisiana State University in 1970. After working as a structural engineer, Frank became President of Marine Concrete Structures in 1978. In 1982 he became part owner and President of Production Management Structural Systems. American Oilfield Divers acquired P.M.S.S. in 1996, and Acergy’s predecessor company Stolt Comex Seaway acquired A.O.D. in 1998, under which, Frank continued to serve as President and General Manager. Today, Frank specializes in sales engineering. Saad E. Moustafa, Ph.D., PE – Engineering Manager (Lead Design Eng.)Dr. Moustafa is an accomplished engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics from the University of California at Berkeley. He has over 30 years of engineering experience specializing in design, analysis, research and examination of concrete structures. Dr. Moustafa is credited with over twenty-five publications on these and other related subjects. He has engineered over thirty reinforced concrete barges for Acergy – Concrete Products clients for use as offshore oil production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico and Nigeria. His extensive experience with reinforced concrete permits Dr. Moustafa to offer creative, cost effective engineering solutions that safely meet your operational needs. William J. Dares, Jr. – Project / Quality Control ManagerBill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1988. He has extensive project management, quality control, business analysis, materials and efficiency development experience with over 18 years in the Marine and Oil & Gas Industries. Since coming to Stolt Offshore Inc. in 2002, he has modernized the quality program, implemented an effective project management program and established effective client relationships, all of which have ensured the timely delivery of quality constructed projects. Bill is responsible for quality control and for successful project execution from the tendering process through design, construction and delivery of the final product. |
